Terms of service
Updated September 19, 2026
These terms cover your Basil subscription: the storefront, register, market app and admin you get when you sign up. By creating an account or subscribing, you are agreeing to them. If any part is not clear, reach us through the contact page at fabriziotech.com/contact and we will walk it through.
1.Who we are
Basil is a bakery and cafe operating system built and operated by Fabrizio Tech. When these terms say "we" or "us" they mean Fabrizio Tech; "you" means the business that signed up and the people it lets in.
2.Your subscription
Basil is billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page when you sign up. Payment is collected by our card processor; we never see or store your card number. You can cancel at any time, and the service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails and stays failed after we retry and notify you, we may suspend the account until it is settled.
3.Your storefront and your customers
Sales made through your storefront, register or market app are between you and your customer. Pricing, fulfillment, food safety, allergen handling and local licensing are your responsibility as the seller. Basil is the software those sales run on; it is not a party to them.
4.Your content
Your menu, photos, story, prices and records stay yours. You give us permission to host, process and display them as needed to run the service. If you leave, you can ask for an export of your data.
5.Acceptable use
Do not use Basil for unlawful sales, do not try to break the service or reach another tenant's data, do not impersonate someone else, and do not send spam through the messaging features. We can suspend an account that does.
6.Availability
We work to keep Basil up around the clock, and the market app is built to keep selling through an outage or a dead signal. Even so, no software is up every minute of every year, and we may take short maintenance windows.
7.Liability
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses beyond what those laws require.
8.Changes to these terms
We update these from time to time, usually to reflect a new module or to make the wording clearer. The version you are reading is the one in effect right now.
9.Contact
Questions or complaints go through the contact page at fabriziotech.com/contact. We aim to reply within two business days.
